Land Clearing & Biomass Services
ADR Biomass Solutions, a division of ADR Capital LLC, clears land and processes wood waste on site. We work for contractors, developers, logging companies, and public agencies throughout Southwest Washington and Northwest Oregon.
We run our own equipment and crews, and we quote jobs by operation so you can see what each part of the work costs. Most jobs combine two or more of the services below.
Land Clearing
We clear lots, right-of-way, and project sites for development, roads, and utility work. Trees are felled, merchantable logs are decked or loaded, and the remaining material is chipped or ground on site instead of hauled off as waste. We leave the site open and ready for the next trade.

Stump & Brush Removal
We remove stumps, brush, and overgrowth from lots, pastures, and project sites. Stumps are pulled with an excavator and either ground on site or hauled to our recycling yard. Brush can be cleared selectively to open up a property while keeping the trees you want.

Whole-Tree Chipping
Our 1,000 hp Morbark whole-tree chipper processes whole trees up to 30 inches in diameter on site. Chipping in place turns standing timber and tops into a usable product and cuts the cost of hauling and disposal.

On-Site Grinding
Our 600 hp CMI horizontal grinder processes stumps, brush, root wads, and other wood debris where it sits. Grinding on site reduces the volume of material that has to be trucked, and the ground product can be spread on site, used for erosion control, or hauled to our yard for recycling.

Slash & Logging Debris Grinding
We grind slash piles, tops, limbs, and other logging debris left after harvest or right-of-way clearing. Grinding the debris on site reduces fire risk, clears ground for replanting or construction, and produces material that can be recycled instead of burned.

Hauling & Site Cleanup
When the clearing and grinding are done, we clean up the site and move material where it needs to go. Where it fits the job, we load and haul chips, ground material, and logs, and clean wood waste can go to our recycling yard in Longview instead of the landfill.
