Refund Policy

ADR Capital LLC provides professional services including land development, site preparation, permitting, home construction, and biomass recycling services. Due to the nature of these services, all sales are subject to the following refund policy.

Deposits and Advance Payments

Deposits, retainers, and advance payments are non-refundable once work has been scheduled, materials have been ordered, equipment has been mobilized, or services have begun. Deposits secure time, labor, and resources allocated specifically to each project.

Services Rendered

Payments for services already performed are non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to, planning, consulting, site preparation, permitting coordination, land clearing, biomass processing, and construction-related services.

Project Cancellations

If a client cancels a project prior to the start of work, any refundable portion of payments will be determined on a case-by-case basis, less any administrative costs, planning time, or expenses already incurred. Once work has commenced, no refunds will be issued.

Change Orders and Scope Adjustments

Refunds will not be provided for approved change orders or scope modifications once the work has been completed or materials have been purchased.

Biomass and Recycling Services

All biomass processing, recycling, grinding, hauling, and material handling services are final and non-refundable once performed.

Exceptions

Refunds may be issued only in the event of a documented billing error or duplicate payment. Any approved refunds will be processed using the original method of payment.
